I was on medication for high blood pressure and looking for a natural solution when Beverly suggested I try drinking half of my weight in ounces of water each day. I’d never heard of this approach before, but Beverly’s personal recommendation made me feel confident and supported. I began drinking the water while still taking my medication and checking my blood pressure daily. Over time, I saw my blood pressure dropping, so I slowly reduced my medication. Eventually, I was able to stop the medication, and my blood pressure stayed low—Beverly’s thoughtful, personalized advice made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the care she shows in building relationships with everyone.
